The Massif FoamHero mattress
A firm mattress with no springs: latex, high-density foam and two coconut-fibre boards, built up in layers. For anyone who wants a bed they don’t sink into — your back stays straight, and the mattress doesn’t give way, even after years. It’s the firm counterpart to the SpringHero mattress.
Construction (23 cm):
- 6 cm latex comfort layer — Latex Core 6, with 20% natural latex and 7 support zones; springy and thermally stable: cool in summer, warm in winter
- 2 coconut-fibre boards — natural fibres bonded with latex, which give the mattress its firmness and strengthen its structure
- High Density 25D foam — the base layers, alternating with the coconut; they spread your weight evenly and support the layers above
- Real ventilation — the latex, the coconut and the Spacer 3D airflow band let air circulate through the inside and carry moisture away
- Removable cover in thick knitted fabric, with a zip — take it off and wash it
Who it’s for: ideal if you sleep mostly on your back or want a firm sleeping surface. Firmness: firm. Recommended for up to 140 kg per person.

How firm is it?+
Firm — the last step on the scale soft → medium-soft → medium-firm → firm. It has no springs: support comes from the high-density foam (25D) and the two coconut-fibre boards, while the 6 cm latex layer on top gives it some give.
Which sleeping position is it best for?+
It’s ideal if you sleep mostly on your back or want a firm surface you don’t sink into. If you sleep on your side, we recommend the SpringHero, which is softer.
Which size should I choose?+

How long does it take to get used to it?+
Your body needs up to 3 weeks to adjust to a new mattress — that’s normal, and it doesn’t mean the mattress isn’t right for you.
Is it breathable?+
Yes. The latex, the coconut-fibre boards and the Spacer 3D airflow band let air circulate through the inside of the mattress and carry moisture away, and the knitted cover breathes.
What warranty does it have?+
2-year warranty. The knitted cover has a zip and comes off for washing; the mattress is 23 cm thick and recommended for up to 140 kg.
