We actually wanted to write “for life” — that’s how long our beds last. But nobody believed us, so we chose a slightly more believable number. The difference? This one we really do keep.
Every Massif bed and every piece of Massif furniture is built to last a lifetime. And if, in extremely rare cases, a manufacturing defect or a hidden weakness in the wood appears — whether this month or in 20 years — we take care of everything.
All you have to do is write to us. The rest is up to us.
Exception: if the damage happened during transport, we cover it in full.
And it doesn’t matter whether the problem is in a single part or the whole product — we replace what’s needed, a part or the entire product.
We started Massif with a single goal: to sell only extremely durable products. That’s why it’s very rare for anyone to claim on the warranty — and when it happens, it’s almost always transport damage.
The 30-year warranty isn’t a risk for us. It’s simply the promise we made from the start, and one we take very seriously.
