Every bed is made to order, finished in our workshop and delivered free of charge. It arrives in compact, well-protected packages, ready to assemble — no special tools and no hassle.
Delivery policy
Made-to-order products. All products sold by Massif are made to order. We don’t sell products from stock: every piece is made individually, in our own workshop, to the specifications the customer chose at checkout (wood species, size, finish and other options).
Estimated delivery time. Since we don’t sell from stock, there is no delivery time for stock items. For made-to-order products, the estimated delivery time is made up of the lead time the customer chooses when ordering — as standard 40–50 working days, with alternative options of 80–90 or 140–150 working days at a reduced price — plus 2–5 working days for courier transport. The lead time starts once the order is confirmed and the deposit has been received.
Delivery method. Delivery is made by courier to the address given by the customer, free of charge. The product arrives disassembled, in compact, well-protected packages, together with the solid wood slatted base included and all the parts needed for assembly.
Payment. Payment by bank transfer, with a 30% deposit when you place your order and the balance before delivery. Production is scheduled once the deposit has been received.

Assembly
Assembly is simple and quick — around 15 minutes, with no special tools. The parts fit together precisely, and the solid wood slatted base sits straight into the frame. Below are two video guides: one for standard beds on legs, and one for floating beds, which are fixed to the wall.
For all beds with a frame on legs. Set the frame in place, attach the headboard, fit the slatted base — done.
Floating beds are fixed to the wall for the “suspended” effect. Follow the steps in this guide for a safe installation.
