All our products are made by our team in our small factory in Timișoara, Romania. Every piece is made from scratch after you place your order.

Yes — all our products are fully customisable. We make them exactly to the size you want. If you need an unusual size, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll find a solution.

All products are made to order, which means they’re made after we receive your order. That lets us offer full customisation — the finished product is exactly what you want and need.

We use only natural solid wood. The species we work with include ash, oak, mahogany and walnut. No MDF, no veneer, no compromises on structural parts.

We use polyurethane lacquer and polyurethane paints. They’re the most hard-wearing and durable of all finishes, and once dry (in about 24 hours) they become completely inert and harmless.

Structural strength is identical across all the wood species — the difference is purely aesthetic.

Ash has a light, natural yellowish colour with a smooth texture and a large grain. It takes paint beautifully while keeping the feel of wood.

Oak has a darker yellow-brown colour, with a more rustic, irregular grain pattern. We recommend leaving oak natural — it would be a shame to paint it.

Mahogany (Sapele) has a deep reddish-brown colour with a distinctive pattern and a premium look. Probably the most beautiful of the three.

Yes — we can paint your bed in any RAL colour (more than 2,000 options). Choose “Paint in any colour” as the finish while configuring, and after checkout you’ll be asked for the RAL code.

We tested one of our frames under a static load of 1,400 kg — roughly the weight of a small car. No measurable deformation. The secret is in the solid wood mortise-and-tenon joints: no metal brackets, no glue.

Delivery is free for all orders within Romania and the EU. For orders from outside the EU, please contact us directly.

The standard lead time is 40–50 working days until dispatch. DHL Express delivery takes about 5 more working days.

If you can wait longer, you get a discount: 10% for dispatch in 80–90 working days and 15% for 140–150 working days.

All our products assemble in under 20 minutes, with no special tools. Full assembly instructions are included.

Yes — our products are extremely easy to assemble and take apart. You can do it a thousand times and the bed will be as strong as the day it arrived.

We offer a 30-year warranty on every bed. It started as a lifetime warranty, but customers found that too hard to believe. We’re confident the beds will last well beyond 30 years — solid wood joints simply don’t give way.

We accept payment by direct bank transfer. After you place your order, you’ll receive our bank details by email within 24 hours. Production starts once the payment is confirmed.

Yes. Your order details are processed securely and we never store payment information on our servers. With a bank transfer, your own bank handles the transaction directly.

Because every bed is made to order, we can’t accept returns of customised items. If there’s a manufacturing defect or damage in transit, we repair or replace it free of charge — exactly what the 30-year warranty covers.
